Description

PR No: 0047154226; this solicitation will contain 1 NSN (5865-00-155-9260) for a Heat Exchanger, Electronic Equipment. This solicitation will be for a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a quantity of 28 each. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, other than full and open competition. There is one approved source of supply: Centroid (21856). The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery for is 180 days ARO. A subcontracting plan and certified cost and pricing data will not be required as the dollar threshold has not been met. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.501-211 have not been met. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 14 Nov 12, (with a closing date of December 14, 2012), anticipated award date is 30 Jan 13.
