City, State: Oklahoma City, OK Delineated Area: Offered buildings must be located within the Central Business District of Oklahoma City, OK. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,500 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,500 ABOA SF Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 1 structured on-site parking space Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 structured on-site parking space Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous and have the potential for an efficient layout. Build out requirements to be determined upon lease award. Offered space must meet or have the potential to meet Government requirements for Energy Star, and Fire, Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). The Government requires a fully serviced lease including one (1) parking space on-site or in an attached building garage. Subleases will not be considered. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Space shall not be located within a base 100 year flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. B. Projected Dates.
