Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure Lamotrigine (Lamictal) 25mg, 150mg, and 200mg for the Chelmsford, MA CMOP facility. The Brand Name Justification and Approval will be included with the solicitation. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. The Government anticipates awarding at least one firm fixed price purchase order and multiple awards may be issued for this solicitation. Solicitation Package VA797M-13-Q-0022 shall be posted on FedBizOpps on or about October 30, 2012. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. Delivery is required not later than November 23, 2012 or 7 days after award whichever is later. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments.
