- Additional Cost Exhibit PWS Solicitation The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision and all other items necessary to provide Forklift Rental Service in support of Yama Sakura at Camp Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. And all other items and services necessary to provide and sell in accordnce with the terms and conditions, and applicable Japanese Laws and trade practices. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
