- Site Visit Minutes COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION REMOVE CONTAMINATED SOIL ELLSWORTH AFB, SD (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on reference number. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49, effective 15 October 2012. (iv) This procurement is being set aside for full and open competition as 100% total small businesses set aside under the NAICS code 562910 with a size standard of $14 MIL. (v) CLIN 0001: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to remove and dispose contaminated soil. (200 cu yds) The period of performance is 60 days. CLIN 0002: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to remove and dispose contaminated soil. (100 cu yds) The period of performance is 60 days. (Additive) CLIN 0003: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to test contaminated soil according to the attached statement of work. (vi) Description of requirement: See attached Statement of Work, Site Visit Minutes (vii) Awardee shall coordinate with Project Coordinator (to be identified at award) prior to performance.
