Description

This is an add-on effort for the procurement of 49 additional sole source consumable engine items and Depot Level Repairable (DLR) items that have been manufactured by CFM International (58828) and are listed on the CFM International (CAGE 58828) commercial price list.. The intent is to add these NSNs to CFM Intl contract SPRTA1-12-D-0021 pursuant to clause I16C04, FAR 52.216-9009, Addition/Deletion of Items. The scope does not include competitive NSNs that have been manufactured by CFM Intl (58828) that are or may be listed on the CFM Intl (CAGE 58828) commercial price list. The performance period for the contract is five years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources include: CFM International (58828).
