- The Minnesota National Guard intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to award approximately 7 to 10 firm fixed-price contracts for Dental Services, non personal, to provide dental exams and treatment in the following communities in Minnesota: Twin Cities Metro, Duluth, Mankato, Fargo/Moorhead, Little Falls, Bemidji, Rochester and Marshall. The services will be performed at existing dental practices at said locations. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 621210. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or about 13 November 2012. The tentative proposal due date is 30 November 2012. All questions must be submitted in writing to scott.p.beeman@us.army.mil or colleen.dalquist@us.army.mil Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Firms can register via the SAM internet site at http://www.sam.gov or by contacting the Federal Service Desk at 1-866-606-8220. The solicitation will be available only from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on-line at https://www.fbo.gov/. Amendments, if/when issued will be posted to https://www.fbo.gov/ for electronic downloading. This will normally be the only method of distributing amendments prior to closing; therefore, it is the offerors' responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. Websites are occasionally inaccessible due to various reasons. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offerors' inability to access the documents posted on the referenced web pages. The Government will not issue paper copies. All inquiries must be in writing, preferable via email to the persons specified in the solicitation.
