- NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to manufacture the spare consumables as included within this document. The spare consumables are set forth by the following NSNs and manufacturer's part numbers. Spares Requirement of the following NSN: 1RD 1560-015093215 These NSN is typically referred to as Sikorsky ™s Part Number: 96250-13805-101 NAVSUP WSS is also seeking to determine if there are any commercial items (CI) or non-developmental items (NDI) that will satisfy the spare needs of this forthcoming procurement.
