- RFI spreadsheet to be completed RFI document The attached notice was posted to GSA eBuy on 06 Nov 12 as RFQ747174. Per internal policy, GSA is required to consider GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) prior to soliciting requirements open-market. Should your company have an approach that could not be facilitated under GSA Schedule 70, please complete Section 2 below as well as the attachment referenced in paragraph 2(b). Responses should be modified to an open market procurement (i.e. disregard MAS specific questions) and forwarded to the POCs below by [insert date here]. Your response must also include: 1. A statement that your approach is not available on GSA Schedule 70. 2. If your approach is available through another already awarded contract/IDIQ. 3. How your approach is different than the solutions available on GSA Schedule 70. See attached word document and excel spreadsheet for more information. Response must address questions on word document and completed excel spreadsheet to be considered an interested party for this potential requirement.
