Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to provide a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the U.S. Fleet Forces Command,Norfolk and NAVSUP-WSS Mechanicsburg in support of Fleet Training Support NAVSUP-WSS intends to release a solicitation for competitive Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated acquisition strategy for this requirement is full and open competition under FAR Part 15, with one-year base and four one-year options. The Contracting Officer requests that any question or comment about the draft RFQ be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer at jodi.knapp@navy.mil as soon as possible, but not later than Tuesday, November 30, 2012 at 11:00 AM ET. Responses to the questions submitted will be provided to all interested parties. This draft RFP is provided to assist prospective offerors in the planning and development of proposals for future submission pending release of the final version. The purpose of the information in this draft pre-solicitation is subject to change prior to release of the final RFP. The final RFP is scheduled to be released within the next 60 calendar days. Please note that attachments/appendices are not included in this release.
