- Purchase Request: 0046014557, NSN: 1680-01-450-6899, Gearbox Assembly, Aircraft; Part Number: 16VM005001-1 (cage 81755) Part Number: 2470012-2-1 (cage 0ZWK8) Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The approved source for this item is MOOG Inc, cage: 0ZWK8; Lockheed Martin, cage 81755. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 12 each, Susquehanna, PA (line 0001), FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 195 days ARO; PPIRS apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP) IAW Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is November 21, 2012. The anticipated closing date is December 5, 2012.
