- No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLR-AHB, Maegen Wilhite, Contract Specialist, via email at Maegen.wilhite@dla.mil. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. NON LIVE BUY. The Government intends to add 4 Depot Level Reparable (DLR) NSNs to the existing corporate contract, SP4AMX-12-D-9402, with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage 78286. The additions will carry the same terms and conditions as the existing contract and will have terms and conditions to reflect specific First Article Testing (FAT) requirements, if applicable. An option provision will be included to allow for reduction in leadtime incentive payments based on the contractor's proposed reduction met. The following are the NSNs to be added to the above corporate contract: NSN: 1560-01-237-3689, Part Number: 70308-03613-041, Support, Structural, Minimum Quantity 36 each per year and Maximum Quantity 60 each per year. NSN: 1560-01-447-9774, Part Number, 70150-09207-044, Tip Aircraft, Minimum Quantity 100 each per year and Maximum Quantity 200 each per year. NSN: 5945-01-325-0624, Part Number: 70550-02102-056 Relay Assembly, Minimum Quantity 75 each per year and Maximum Quantity 150 each per year. NSN: 6110-01-354-9397, Part Number: 70550-42036-044, Panel, Power Distrib, Minimum Quantity 10 each per year and Maximum Quantity 20 each per year. All for UH-60 Blackhawk Weapon System (Non-Live Buy) These items are restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, CAGE CODE: 78286. Manufacture of these parts requires special test and/or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra-precision quality for its function or system integrity. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
