- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for full and open competition for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) issued under N66001-13-T-6955. The government is soliciting quotes as per Statement Of Work attached for Maintenance Service Renewal of Water Purification Systems / Reverse Osmosis / Deionizer Water Systems, located in SSC-SD Bayside Bldg 111. The applicable NAICS code is 221310. The size standard is $7.0M. Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order.
