Description
Solicitation Number: FA5215-13-T-0002 The 647th Contracting Office located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam(JBPH-H), Oahu, Hawaii, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for UPS Preventative Maintenance which will be located at various locations on JBPH-H. The requirement consists of providing services and parts non-personal to provide preventative maintenance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for six various sized Eaton Powerware Station Units. One 500KvA Single Unit, two 500KvA Dual Units, one 220KvA Unit, one 50KvA Unit, and one 40KvA Unit. Pricing to include semi-annual preventative maintenance, duty day on call repair and maintenance, and 24/7 emergency repair and maintenance, for all labor, equipment, tools, travel, supervision, training, spare parts, and services necessary except those items specified by the government. The period of performance/contract completion time is anticipated to be a period of 12 months with four (4) option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 811219. This is a woman owned small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $19.0 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about November 8, 2012. A site visit will held on November 20, 2012. The solicitation closing date is scheduled for on-or-about November 30, 2012. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. The Government intends to award without discussions. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award (SAM) database. Firms can register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ or by contacting the SAM Information Center at 1-866-606-8220. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at SAM. Registration instructions can be found on the FedBizOpps website at https://www.fbo.gov/downloads/FBO_Vendor_Guide.pdf. (Please note the registration for access to the secure site takes approximately 5 business days. PLAN ACCORDINGLY). All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at this site. The plans and specifications will be available only at Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps.gov or fbo.gov) system. FedBizOpps is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders/offerors must register with FedBizOpps before accessing the system. FedBizOpps registration requires the following information: 1) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN); 2) DUNS Number and CAGE Code; 3) Telephone Number; 4) E-Mail Address.
