- THIS IS A SOLE-SOURCE FMS ACQUISTION 2840- SOLICITATION NUMBER FA8124-13-R-0006, AFLCMC/LPKPA TINKER AFB OK 73145-9124. ITEM 0001- MATERIAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE ROYAL THAI AIR FORCE. THIS REQUIREMENT IS A SOLE-SOURCE FMS SOLICITATION. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award. The solicitation will identify the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 26 Nov 2013. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 26 Dec 2013. The solicitation will be available for download on the release date from www.fbo.gov. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be sent from this office. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
