- Breakout Cable 3 Breakout Cable 2 Breakout Cable 1 Staging Cable (1) Cable Info W912NW-13-T-SS01 - Staging Cable & Breakout Cable Request for Information (RFI) is sought for the following: Requirement #1: to identify a vendor that can assemble a staging cable that will eventually be converted into a breakout cable, and Requirement #2: to identify a vendor that can produce a finished product. Information shall be provided to make the determination if a vendor can interpret and deliver a finished product. See attached documents. The NAICS contemplated for this requirement is 334417 with a size standard of 500 employees. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: It is requested that interested businesses submit a brief capabilities statement package (not more than 5 pages in length, single spaced, and 10 point font) demonstrating ability to perform the requirements. A generic capability statement is not acceptable. Please review carefully the requirements listed below. This documentation must address, at a minimum, the following: (1) title of the requirement; (2) company profile to include number of employees, office locations(s), DUNS number, CAGE Code, Tax ID, and a statement regarding current small/large business status; (3) prior/current corporate experience performing efforts of similar size and scope within the last three years, including contract number, organization supported, indication of whether as prime or subcontractor, contract value, government point of contact with current telephone number, and a brief description of how the referenced contract relates to the requirements described herein; (4) resources available such as corporate management and currently employed personnel to be assigned the tasks under this effort to include professional qualifications, specific experience of such personnel, and the ability to have personnel located at the projected work site specified; (5) management approach to staffing this effort with qualified personnel; (6) company's ability to perform at least 51% of the work; (7) The capability statement package shall be sent to: Nina Cavazos (Contract Specialist) by email at nina.cavazos@us.army.mil no later than 28 November 2012, 11:00 a.m. central standard time. Please reference all email correspondence with the following subject line: Sources Sought Notice W912NW-13-T-SS01. (8) All responses must include the following information: Company name, address, business size; point of contact (POC) name, phone number, and email address. This announcement does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, a Request for Quote, or a Request for Proposal and it should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government to issue a formal solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. The U.S. Government is no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement will NOT be reimbursed. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration can be found at https://www.sam.gov. All interested parties should provide the requested information regarding the RFI no later than November 26, 2012 to christina.f.cavazos.civ@mail.mil.
