- NSSA intends to modify 4 Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Lot I Marine Boatyard services to extend the period of performance: N40025-07-D-7006 with Alliance Technical Services Inc., 400 West 24th St., Norfolk, VA 23517; N40025-07-D-7007 with Beach Marine Services, Inc., 801 Victory Boulevard, Portsmouth, VA 23702; N40025-07-D-7008 with Davis Boat Works, 99 Jefferson Ave., Newport News, VA 23607; N40025-07-D-7009 with LPI Technical Services, 916 Business Park Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23320 and N40025-07-D-7018 with Colonna ™s Shipyard, Inc., 400 East Indian River Road, Norfolk, VA 23523 for Lot I. Additionally, NSSA intends to modify 4 FFP IDIQ contracts for Lot II Marine Boatyard services to extend the period of performance. The contracts are: N40025-07-D-7011 with Alliance Technical Services Inc., 400 West 24th St., Norfolk, VA 23517; N40025-07-D-7012 with Davis Boat Works, 99 Jefferson Ave., Newport News, VA 23607; N40025-07-D-7013 with Lyon Shipyard, Inc. 1818 Brown Ave., Norfolk, VA 23504 and N40025-07-D-7019 with Colonna ™s Shipyard, Inc., 400 East Indian River Road, Norfolk, VA 23523. These modifications will extend the period of performance for the Marine Boatyard Services contracts. The extension will commence on 3 December 2012 through 3 March 2013, or until a successor contract is awarded, whichever shall occur first. The Navy is in the process of evaluating competitive Request for Proposals (RFP). The contractors shall provide contracts provide the necessary management, material support services, labor, supplies, and equipment deemed necessary to provide marine boatyard and industrial support which includes specific modifications, upgrades, service life extension and repairs to non-commissioned boats, craft, lighterage and service craft and their associated systems and periodic maintenance via the issuance of Firm Fixed Price task orders. The NAICS code is 336611. It is not restricted to MSRA/ABR contractors.
