Description

Atch 7 RFI Body Document Atch 1 Atch 8 Atch 4 Atch 2 Atch 6 Atch 5 Atch 3 **BACKGROUND** The United States Air Force (USAF) Enterprise Sourcing Group (ESG) Furnishings Commodity Council (FCC) is in the process of developing an acquisition strategy for procuring carpet and carpet accessories. The chosen strategy would provide an enterprise wide, Continental United States (CONUS), solution for carpet and carpet accessories. The Government intends to issue this solicitation under NAICS 314110, Carpet and Rug Mills. ESG was founded on the premise that if the Government limits the pool of authorized vendors to just a few, that increased volume among fewer vendors will garner increased product discounts, and foster strategic partnerships between Government and Industry. With that said, the Government intent is to limit the vendor base to no more than 4 manufacturers. **INSTRUCTIONS** Please review the attachments.
