Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
