NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION IN THE AREA OF MOSS POINT, MISSISSIPPI The U.S. Government currently occupies 6,428 ANSI/BOMA Office square feet located at 600 Highway 63, Moss Point, MS 39563-9534 which is in the 500 year floodplain. This lease renewal option is intended to be used as interim housing while GSA completes a new replacing lease under solicitation number 0MS2057. As such, space must be ready for occupancy NO LATER THAN December 1, 2011. The U.S. Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supported advantageous, including relocation and tenant improvement costs. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. State: Mississippi City: Moss Point Delineated Area: North: Begin at the intersection of HWY 613 and Old Saracennia Road; turn right heading east on Old Saracennia Road; turn right heading south on HWY 63. East: Continue south on HWY 63; turn right on Short Cut Road heading southwest. South: Continue southwest on Short Cut Road and bear slight right to continue west on Jefferson Ave; continue across HWY 613 and continue west on Jefferson Ave; turn right heading north on River Road. West: Continue north on River Road as it turns into Griffin Street; turn right on Dantzler Ave heading east; turn left on HWY 613 heading north and continue to starting point at intersection of HWY 613 and Old Saracennia Road.
