- This Special Notice constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG38-13-Q-010052 is issued as a Notice of Intent to Award to the OEM or a fully capable vendor. A capable vendor must be in legal possession of all current OEM Data required to complete the overhaul. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488190. The Coast Guard intends to issue a Not-To-Exceed post assessment firm fixed price repair order to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM Authorized Repair Facility, for overhaul IAW the Statement of Work and OEM Specifications using OEM Proprietary Data for the following items: 6 Each NSN 2915-14-443-8040, P/N 2060A12, FUEL PUMP The Coast Guard does not own nor can provide the OEM's Repair Manuals or Proprietary Data. The OEM is ZODIAC - INTERTECHNIQUE SYSTEMS MONITORING & MANAGEMENT, 61 RUE PIERRE CURIE, PLAISIR, FRANCE Cage Code F0553. Due to urgency of need, the closing date of this solicitation is November 19, 2012 at 4:00 pm EST. Anticipated award date is no later than November 20, 2012.
