- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into this contract as a Sole Source in accordance with statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for restricting competition is the duplication of cost to perform required certification testing and the lack of necessary technical data. The proposed contract action is for supplies, Wide Screen Monitors, P/N TBD24-CU-7190WS, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Acnodes Corporation. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price supply indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract IAW FAR Part 12, Commercial Procedures. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Delivery is required FOB Destination, Crane, IN 47522-5001 180 Days ADC. Please reference delivery schedule in RFP N00164-13-R-WT20. Since this is a sole source procurement, no solicitation will be available for download on the NECO and FedBizOpps website. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
