- NSN 1560-01-140-3395 Hinge Half, Door MLG, Parker Hannifin Corporation, CAGE 76823, P/N 74A426014-1001. DLAA does not have technical data for this item. Numbered note 22 applies, only one source. Solicited Unrestricted, not a set aside, Other than Full & Open competition. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). A request for a copy of the solicitation should be made to the Acquisition Specialist. If it is determined more than the BOA source can meet the Government's needs, the Acquisition Specialist shall issue the RFP and post to the DLA-DIBBS website. This is a proposed firm fixed priced contract for a quantity of 132 EA, FOB origin, inspection/acceptance origin. This is a critical application item. Required delivery is within 411 DARO, (phased delivery acceptable). If a formal RFP is issued, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about December 27, 2012.
