- Solicitation for offer to provide janitorial service for the Seattle/Tacoma Airport Air Traffic Control Tower, Base Building, and Guard Station, in Seattle, WA, beginning Jan. 1, 2013 through Sep. 30, 2017. NAICS Code # 561720 (Janitorial Services) SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: All responsible, competitive offers that are eligible socially and economically disadvantaged business (SEDB)concerns expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBA's 8(a) program & conform to the solicitation, will be considered equally for award. (Clause 3.6.1.-8 Notification of Competition Limited to Eligible SEDB Concerns (January 2010)). SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for November 15, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. PST. It is strongly advised that all potential offerors attend. Site Visit Reservation information can be found in Part I, Section B, B003 of the SIR. NOTICE for informational purposes for Minority, Women-owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
