- Industry Pofile Information The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) will hold a Round Table discussion on DeCA's requirement for Inventory Counting Services, on Friday, January 25, 2012 beginning at 8:00 am until afternoon, at the DeCA Headquarters, 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, VA 23801-1800. The objective of the meeting is to discuss industry suggestions, questions, concerns, and best practices regarding inventory counting services. All interested small business concerns are invited to attend. DeCA is required to provide physical wall-to-wall dollar value inventories for approximately 178 DeCA commissaries located throughout the Continental United States, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. In order to facilitate an informative and productive roundtable session, it is requested that all questions, suggestions, recommendations, and concerns relating to inventory accounting services be submitted in advance of the session. The suspense date for submission of any such questions is by close of business on November 30, 2012. This will enable DeCA to finalize its agenda of discussion topics. Any parties that expect to attend the session are requested to complete and return the attached industry profile by January 18, 2013. Interested parties unable to attend may submit their questions through e-mail using the point of contact information provided below.
