Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, South Central VA Health Care Network (VISN 16) intends to issue a sole source contract to ECRI for the following services for one year: Alerts and Recalls, Capital Equipment Program Management, Technology Assessment, and Automated Alerts & Recalls Management for VISN 16 facilities. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. The Government intends to acquire services via FAR 6.302-1. Interested organizations may submit expressions of interest (EOIs) containing sufficient literature to the extent necessary to allow the government to determine the technical acceptability of specification. The aforementioned information should be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist (email: sheila.reed@va.gov). Oral communications are NOT acceptable in response to this notice. No solicitation document exists and NO telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, and should furnish detailed data concerning their capability to provide the services sought including pricing data, technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The government will be the sole determiner regarding an offeror's ability to meet all requirements. The government will consider all EOIs received prior to 5 days after the date of the publication of this synopsis before 10:00 am Central Time on that date.
