The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 7,007.67ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet. Minimum ABOA square feet: 7007.67 Maximum ABOA square feet: 8,059.18 The lease term requirement is for 10 years with 5 years firm. The space must be available for occupancy by 4/1/2013. The delineated area is The delineated area would be Evergreen Road - North Center Road - East Old William Penn Highway South Old William Penn Highway intersects both Center and Evergreen Roads. (Monroeville Business District) The Government is considering alternative space is economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtown.
