The purpose of this Modification is to correct the NAICS code from 236220 to 238210, AND to correct the project description from "Replace Wing 1A Windows - 2013" to "PERFORM THREE YEAR ELECTRICAL TESTING 2013". These corrections are reflected below. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to FOUR POINTS LOGISTICS, INC. (an SDVOSB), of Moorhead, MN, for the procurement of "PERFORM THREE YEAR ELECTRICAL TESTING 2013" deliverable to the Department of Veterans Affairs, 2101 Elm Street, Fargo ND 58102 as indicated within the contract documents. The estimated dollar value is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code # 238210, with a size standard of $14 million, applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 2 November 2012.
