Description

The United States Postal Service awarded a Design/Build Competitive GMP type contract for the Kilmer Customer Contact Center located at 21 Kilmer Rd in Edison NJ 08899-9512. Contract #104267-13-B-0002 has been assigned to this effort. The award is renovation efforts associated with the renovation of existing 45,000 SF space. Total construction will be completed by May 17, 2013. The work consists of selective demolition and new construction. All work is noted on the plans and specifications issued by the Postal Service request for proposal. Subcontracting goals for this project are: Small Business 42.20%, Minority Business 4.80%, and Women Owned Business 6.90%. The contract was awarded to The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, 300 East Joppa Road, Baltimore, MD 21286, Attn: Kevin Seicke, Division Vice President.
