- Attachment JOFOC NIH-LM-2013-608 Note: Original NAICS 323121 (Tradebinding and Related Work) is no longer available from www.fbo.gov. This Special Notice is using the next available NAICS related to original posting, NAICS 323120 (Support Activities for Printing). It is the intent of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) / National Library of Medicine (NLM) to modify contract HHS-N-276-2012-00008-C / awarded to HF Group on a sole source basis, for additional work within the scope of the original contract. The requirement was originally solicited under NIH-LM-2012-249. The NLM has determined there is a need to increase the serial volumes for each contract year of the original award. The serial volumes will be increased from 13,500 to 15,000 for each contract year. The contractor shall bind up to 18,000 serial units and up to 500 monograph volumes bi-weekly. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor is a RFP available; however, all responsive sources may submit a proposal in a timely manner which will be considered by NLM. Firms interested in responding to this notice must be able to provide the aforementioned modification. Responses must be in writing and must be received electronically at the Government infrastructure by 3:00 PM EST on November 26, 2012. Proposals must include pricing information and should reference Synopsis No. NIH-LM-2013-608, and submitted electronically via email to the attention of Alejandro Navas, email: anavas@nlm.nih.gov. Inquiries regarding this procurement shall be submitted via email to anavas@nlm.nih.gov by 1:00PM EST on November 21, 2012.
