SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE - Fuel Orders (NAICS: 424720) This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice for the identification of potential vendors to provide Fuel for delivery to the Manchester VA Medical Center located at 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104. In particular, the following will be sourced in the very near future: 1.Regular Unleaded Gasoline Tank Capacity: 500 gallon Service: Fuel for dispenser pumps- vehicle/equipment fueling Delivery Period December 01, 2012 to September 30, 2013. Estimated Annual Usage: 600 gallons 2.Clear Diesel Fuel for Off Road Vehicles and equipment Capacity: 500 gallon Service: Fuel for dispenser pump, vehicle/equipment fueling FY13 Estimated Service Period Decemebr 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013 Estimated Annual Usage: 1500 gallons 3.Clear Winter Blend Diesel Generator Fuel Capacity: 1000 gallon Service: Fuel for emergency generators at Bldg 7 Capacity: 5000 gallon Service: Fuel for emergency generators in Bldg 20. Capacity: 590 gallon Service: Fuel for emergency generators at Bldg 15. FY13 Estimated Service Period December 01, 2012 to September 30, 2013. Estimated Annual Usage: 1800 gallons To comply with our Air Permit and NH DES regulations, the maximum allowable sulfur content shall not exceed 0.40 percent sulfur by weight. Documentation of the sulfur content can be a written statement declaring the sulfur content delivered does not exceed state or federal standards for that fuel. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, woman owned, small disadvantaged, veteran owned small business or service disabled veteran owned small business) relative to NAICS Code 424720, Petroleum and Petroleum Products Merchant Wholesales (except Bulk Stations and Terminals). Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below.
