- NSN: 3120-01-459-3844, Bearing, Set, Sleeve, and 12531692, Approved Sources of Supply: AM General, LLC (CAGE CODE 34623) for Part Number 5715345 and General Motors, LLC (CAGE CODE 7X677) for Part Number 12531692. Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination and FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 69 Days ARO. This NSN is Higher Level Contract Quality and Assurance Part Number. End Item Description: TRUCK, UTILITY: EXPANDED CAPACITY ARMT CARRIER, TRUCK, UTILITY (TAMCN: D00227K), TRUCK, VEHICLE SYSTEM, 1 1/4-TON (HMMWV), and NAVY EXPEDITIONARY PROGRAMS. Item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on November 16, 2012. In addition, reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will be included in the solicitation. Surge and Sustainment will apply with a Monthly War Time Rate (MWR) of 129 each. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with One Base Year and Four Options Years (Base plus Option Years are 12 months each). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 582 each, Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 582 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 2328 each, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 2328 each, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 3492 each. This RFP will be solicited as Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP. The anticipated RFP issue date is December 3, 2012.
