- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE IN ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO Solicitation Number: DE-SOL-NA31331 REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks a fully serviced lease for approximately 175,000 to 200,000 rentable square feet (rsf) of general purpose office and associated space in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The space shall consist of a single existing facility or campus complex which will accommodate approximately 750 to 900 personnel and related parking as required by code. The space should yield a minimum of 85% ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years. Space shall be substantially complete by Fall 2013. LOCATION: The proposed space must be located within the city limits of the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, east of the Rio Grande River. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1. Building name and address. 2. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered (CAD required). 3. Rentable and usable square footage offered. 4. Confirm method of measurement per ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet. 5. Name, address, email address, fax, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6. Evidence of authority to represent the owner.
