- RFQP01061300012 is issued by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Butner, NC, in solicitation for the requirements of: 2ND QUARTER SUBSISTENCE (MEAT) FY 2013. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, the NAICS code for this requirement is 311612; the small business size standard for Government procurement is 500 employees. Delivery dates will begin January 2, 2013. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, Butner, Old NC Hwy 75, Butner, NC 27509. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. Payment will be made using the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Each offer is required per FAR 52.213-3(b)(2) to complete their representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
