- W9127N-13-Q-0002 1 EA Suspended (Slotted Web) Safety Work Net rated at 20,000 Lbs. The Safety Work Net will measure 34 Foot - 8 inches (Round Configuration) from load bearing point to load bearing point with 30 inches to 36 inches center drop. Slotted web 1 inch nylon webbing per MIL-W-23223, TY-7, CL-A (with certs). The sew pattern will include a 9 line stitched with 6 stitches per inch. The sew pattern shall be a 68 class box and cross with 86 stitches requiring a 2 inch mesh opening size. To be sewn with 207 nylon thread, per VT-295. Each corner of an opening is rated for 5,000 lbs max. Perimeter folded and sewn with a 1 inch - 3 ply nylon that can be used as attachment point at any location around the perimeter. The 3 ply nylon will be the attachment points for securing the net to the turbine liner. Attachment with locking carabineers is approximately every 36 inches. 1 Ea Suspended (Slotted Web) Safety Work Net rated at 20,000 Lbs. The Safety Work Net will measure (Elliptical/Oblong Configuration) 29 Foot - 1 inch north liner wall to south liner wall and 26 Foot - 6 inches D/S door to far U/S wall, from load bearing point to load bearing point with 30 inches to 36 inches center drop. Slotted web 1 inch nylon webbing per Mil-W-23223, TY-7, CL-A (with certs) requiring A 2 inch mesh opening size. The sew pattern will include a 9 line stitched with 6 stitches per inch. The sew pattern shall be a 68 class box and cross with 86 stitches requiring a 2 inch mesh opening size. To be sewn with 207 nylon thread. Each corner of an opening is rated for 5,000 Lbs Max. Note: The shorter diameter length of the safety net (26 foot - 6 inches from door to far U/S wall) will have a bright colored webbing, around 15 inches long (red, orange, or blue) sewn along both outer edges to identify the location of the shorter diameter of the safety net for turbine installation purposes. Freight Cost FOB Destination to Bonneville Lock and Dam, Interstate 84 Exit 40, Cascade Locks, OR 97014-0150. A delivery timeframe is required.
