- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: UT City: Price Delineated Area: City limits of Price, UT Office - Min Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,295 Office - Max Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,500 Warehouse (ABOA): 4,000 Wareyard: 60,000 Space Type: Office, Warehouse, and Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 119 Visitor: 20 - Vehicle Parking 10' X 20' 3 - Accessible Parking 3 - Rv Parking (14' x 40'.pull-through) Employee: 59 - Vehicle Parking 10' x 20'59 2 - Accessible Parking Parking in Wareyard: 21 - Vehicle Parking 10' x 20' 3 - Covered 3-Sided Parking Structure 35' x 45' 8 - Covered Enclosed Parking Structure 30'x 50' Full Term: 20 year Firm Term: 15 year Additional Requirements: A forty foot (40') Radio Tower is required and shall be provided and installed by agency on Lessor installed foundation. Property must be capable of sending and receiving radio transmissions from Bruin Point. The Government is considering alternative space only if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required, however, the agency will pay for all electric and gas utilities directly to the utility companies. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
