- TITLE: 1680; STRAP, WEBBING; F-18 AIRCRAFT; WSIC T PR: 0045423362, ISSUE DATE: 4 DEC 2012; CLOSING DATE: 3 JAN 2013 NSN: 1680-01-587-6491; PR: 0045423362; Item: Strap, Webbing; P/N: 1763AS704-2. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition with a complete data package available. This solicitation will result in a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SBSA) Firm Fixed Price contract for 1696 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. The following terms apply: FOB DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: New Cumberland, PA 17070 and Tracey, CA 95304. Production delivery will be 177 days from date of award (DARO). Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and any other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 4 December 2012 with a closing date of 3 January 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
