- ** 100% HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ** A solicitation will be issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1560-00-610-8374, a Hinge, Spoiler used on the C/KC-135 Aircraft. The award will be for a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The Estimated Annual Quantities (EAQ) are as follows: Base Year EAQ: 648 each; Option Years EAQ: 648 each. FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Origin. DELIVERY: FAT: 146 Days ARO Govt Eval of FAT: 90 Days After FAT Submittal Production: 146 Days After FAT Approval Total Delivery: 382 Days ARO Delivery if FAT is waived: 146 Days ARO Surge requirements do not apply. Anticipated Dates: Issue date: 12/06/12 Closing Date: 01/07/13 IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 81205 9-56403 REVISION NR F DTD 09/19/1958 PART PIECE NUMBER: 9-56403-3 This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. Offers from other than HUBZone (8(a)) small business concerns will not be considered. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
