- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT Leased Space Notice of Intent The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of five (5) years firm for approximately 19,969 rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 19,969 RSF at Pierpont Professional Building, 604 Cheat Road, Morgantown, West Virginia which expires June 4, 2013 under GSA lease number GS-03B-02357. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease. State: West Virginia City: Morgantown Delineated Area: Starting on Interstate 68, heading north to County Route 67, then north to Cheat Road, then east to County Route 82 (Tyrone-Avery Road) and continuing to County Route 82 (Tyrone-Avery Road) then heading south to County Road 75/3 (Pounds Hollow Road) and continuing south to County Road 67/4 (Fields Park Road) and continuing to County Road 67/4 (Fields Park Road) heading west to County Route 67 (S. Pierpont Road) and continuing to County Route 67 (S. Pierpont Road) continuing north to Cheat Road and north to Interstate 68. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,916 SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,916 SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 85 surface reserved Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: None The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. In addition, the offered space must not be located in a floodplain. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
