Description

The Network Contracting Office, Murfreesboro, Tennessee intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Department of Biostatistics, Nashville, Tennessee 37232 to provide Biostatistics Services located at the Nashville VA Medical Center, Nashville, Tennessee. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency's requirement.
