- The WALTER REED NATIONAL MILITARY MEDICAL CENTER (WRNMMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda MD in behalf of the MAIN OPERATING ROOM will award a sole source procurement to STRYKER ORTHOPAEDICS for main operating room supplies. Urgent Requirement: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government has solicited and negotaiated with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or service providers will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurment based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government, Award will be made using SAP. THIS SOLICITATION IS NOT OPEN FOR BIDS. Consolidated Appropriations prohibited from contracting with a corporatin that has been convicted of a felony in the last 24 months 252.220-7998. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation/notice of award for commercal services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the notice of award and written notice of intent WILL NOT bed issued.
