Description

The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson, MS, VISN 16 Network Contracting Office is conducting market research. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this source sought that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this sources sought. Pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research), the purpose of this notice is to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), or any other small business socioeconomic category capable of providing the following medical supplies. Competition and set-aside decisions may be based on the results of this market research. This notice in no way obligates the Government to any further action.
