- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region is seeking qualified 8(a), Service Disabled Owned Small Businesses, and Small Businesses to supply and install commercial kitchen equipment at the Denver TRACON in Denver, CO Work includes, but is not limited to the following supply and set-up/installation of commercial type: oven, refrigerator, coolers, warming tables and other equipment related to the renovation of the caf at the Denver TRACON The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms, capable of fulfilling this requirement. The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for this effort is 238290: Commercial Kitchen Foof Preparation Equipment Installation, with a size standard of $14 Million. HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS MARKET SURVEY: Interested contractors should submit the following documents to the point of contact listed at the bottom of this announcement: 1. Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. 2. Capability statement. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A PAGE LIMITATION OF SEVEN (7) PAGES MAXIMUM PER RESPONSE TO THIS MARKET SURVEY. THIS IS ONLY A REQUEST FOR GENERAL INFORMATION. EXCESSIVE SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT DESIRED. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
