Description

Moble Small Portable Air Cooling Systems Questionnaire MOBLE SMALL PORTABLE AIR COOLING SYSTEMS Notice Type: SOURCES SOUGHT The U.S. Air Force, AFSC/PZIMB at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma City, OK is currently planning for a solicitation package which may result in the purchase of 90 to 120 portable air conditioning units. Industry input is requested to identify the most current features and capabilities in the market place. The Government needs to satisfy maintenance support requirements allowing mechanics and personnel to work in non-air conditioned areas. The application is for inside and outside areas, to provide cooling in closed buildings, freight docks, aircraft hangers, and flight lines. Additionally, input from industry will ensure that common practices relative to manufacturing, production, warranty coverage, delivery times, ect. are captured. Interested parties should submit information describing the characteristics and capabilities of any existing portable air cooler or air conditioning unit that can possibly meet the Government's requirements. Information submitted may include, but is not limited to, literature/brochures describing product technical capabilities, design details and operational characteristics. The attached questionnaire: The purpose of this questionnaire is to obtain information from industry to assist in the market research. Firms/companies are invited to indicate their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirements by completing the questionnaire.
