- The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice that U.S. Fish and Wildlife, Division of Contracting and General Service, Atlanta, Georgia intends to make a firm fixed price, sole source award to Joyner Keeny, PLLC. For Management Boundary survey work for the Mattamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-Award Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:00 p.m. local time, November 28, 2012 will consider by the Government, POC: Nijua Heard, Contracting Officer, U.S.Fish and Wildlife, 1875 Century Blvd. Suite 310, Atlanta, Georgia, 30345.
