- DRAFT CLIN Structure DRAFT SF1442 The Pittsburgh District is releasing a DRAFT SF1442, Request For Proposal (RFP) and the proposed CLIN Structure as indicated on the DRAFT RFP published on Federal Business Opportunities announcement 23 October 2012. The Government will not award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. The information is issued for the purpose of: Obtaining industry comment in support of the final RFP development.
