- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. This notice constitutes as Solicitation AG-04R4-S-13-0003 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This notice and any incorporated provisions include those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. Quotes are being solicited from Small Business Concerns only. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 561720 and the small business size standard for that code is $16.5 million average receipts over the past three years. Description: Janitorial Services for the Willamette National Forest, Sweet Home Ranger District Office at 4431 Hwy 20, Sweet Home, Or. This project includes the administrative offices, conference room, restrooms, hallways, entry ways, outside porches (4,250 sq feet) and warehouse satellite offices (1,100. Sq feet). The anticipated contract period is January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, with one (2) option years to follow. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: The following provisions and clauses are hereby incorporated into this RFQ by reference; (full text of the clauses may be accessed electronically at www.arnet.gov/far/): FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (June 2012) and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (April 2012). The following provisions and clauses are hereby incorporated into this RFQ in full text in the attachment "09-237128 Solicitation.doc" : FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Items (Jan 1999), FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Jun 2008) and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items (April 2012) QUOTE DUE DATE: Quotes shall be received by December 12, 2012, at 1600 (4:00 pm PST). Quotes may be mailed to Willamette National Forest, 3106 Pierce Parkway Suite D, Springfield, OR 97477 or may be faxed to 541-225-6220.
