Description

The WALTER REED NATIONAL MILITARY MEDICAL CENTER (WRNMMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda MD, on behalf of the MAIN OPEATING ROOM will award a sole source procurement to DEPUY SPINE for main operating room medical supplies. URGENT REQUIREMENT: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on response to t his notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award will be made using SAP. THIS SOLICITATION IS NOT FOR OPEN BIDS. Consolidated Appropriating prohibited from contracting with a corporation that has been convicted of a felony in the last 24 months FAR 252.209-7998. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation/notice of award for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the notice of award and written notice of intent WILL NOT be issued.
