Description

This item describes the requirement to groom and tune engine room control console and to adjust and make updates: 1 The contractor and subcontractors, regardless of tier must consult the General Technical Requirements (GTR) to determine applicability to this work item. In performance of this work item, the contractor and subcontractor regardless of tier must comply with the requirements of all applicable GTR's including but not limited to GTR's 1 through 7, 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29. 2 The contractor and all subcontractors, regardless of tier are advised to review other work items under this contract, including but not limited to Work items 009, 010, and 015, to determine their effect on the work required under this work item. Many of the definitions relating to performance of this work item are found in Work Item 001. 3 Period of Performance (POP) : 13 December thru 20 December 2012 4 The Contractor shall request access to the ship immediately upon contract award. All contractors shall fill out EPIC form and submit to MSC Security Administration. 5 Perform a system groom, tune, and maintenance of TANO Engine Room Control Console. 6 Perform systems upgrades and adjustments to ERC console. 7. Perform at sea adjustments during one day sea trial.
