*****NOTICE: This Pre-Solicitation Notice replaces previously posted Pre-Solicitation Notice W91YTZ-13-R-0029********* The Contractor shall provide Hospitality Health Care Support services for Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH), Fort Belvoir, VA. The contractor Health Care Provider (HCP) will work in conjunction with other health care providers, professionals, and non-contract personnel. The quality of services provided by the contract HCP shall be of a quality meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by The Joint Commission (TJC) at http://www.jointcommission.org, American Medical Association (AMA) at http://www.ama-assn.org, and National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) at http://www.nbme.org, and established principles and ethics of the medical profession. Contract HCPs shall give the highest regard to patient dignity and observe the precepts of the American Hospital Association's Bill of Rights for Patients. The contract HCP shall abide by relevant FBCH rules, regulations and by laws, including Medical Staff By laws, as well as applicable Army regulations governing such things as medical records. These administrative and medical positions are in accordance with industry best practices applicable to Department of Army and Department of Defense guidance and in accordance with their medical licensure. One or more each of the following professions will be required of the HCP to provide needed Hospitality Health Care Support services at the FBCH: Licensed Practical Nurse III; Licensed Practical Nurse II; General Clerk I; Certified Nursing Assistant II; Concierge; Medical Assistant and Medical Data Analyst/Programmer.
